Hurricane & Wind Engineering

Florida-specific wind pressure calculations under ASCE 7-22, opening-protection review, roof-to-foundation continuous load path verification, and hurricane retrofit recommendations. We work with the Florida Building Code, High-Velocity Hurricane Zone provisions, and county-specific amendments.

Civil & Site Engineering

Grading and drainage plans, stormwater notes, utility coordination, paving sections, and permit-ready site-layout exhibits tuned to local jurisdiction requirements. We work routinely with Brevard County, City of Melbourne, City of Palm Bay, Indian River County, and Orange County reviewers.

Forensic & Damage Review

Independent site investigation following storm, water, impact, fire, settlement, or construction-defect events. We produce measured observations, written reports with photographic logs, repair scopes of work, and — when needed — testimony-ready documentation.

Construction Documents

Plan sets prepared for permit submittal, bid, and construction. Sets are coordinated with architectural, civil, and MEP consultants and include the field details a competent builder expects.
