Foundations, slabs on grade, deep footings, masonry and tilt-up walls, steel and wood framing, retaining structures, and reinforced concrete design. We handle new construction, additions, change-of-use, and renovation analysis for commercial, residential, and light industrial properties.

Florida-specific wind pressure calculations under ASCE 7-22, opening-protection review, roof-to-foundation continuous load path verification, and hurricane retrofit recommendations. We work with the Florida Building Code, High-Velocity Hurricane Zone provisions, and county-specific amendments.

Grading and drainage plans, stormwater notes, utility coordination, paving sections, and permit-ready site-layout exhibits tuned to local jurisdiction requirements. We work routinely with Brevard County, City of Melbourne, City of Palm Bay, Indian River County, and Orange County reviewers.

Independent site investigation following storm, water, impact, fire, settlement, or construction-defect events. We produce measured observations, written reports with photographic logs, repair scopes of work, and — when needed — testimony-ready documentation.

Plan sets prepared for permit submittal, bid, and construction. Sets are coordinated with architectural, civil, and MEP consultants and include the field details a competent builder expects.

Field-measured documentation of existing structures, code-compliance review for change-of-use or substantial improvement, and recommendations for bringing legacy properties up to current FBC requirements.
